Made caramelized onion today, with roast beef into a sandwich.

RECIPE
onion, french styled
olive oil
balsamic vinegar

1. heat olive oil on medium heat
2. when oil shimmers, add in onion
3. saute 10 minutes, stirring constantly
4. turn heat down lowest
5. saute 40 minutes, or until nice and soft
6. add a LITTLE vinegar for new flavors
