Yanbo come home from work today and complained (jokingly) because... there was no hot dinner waiting for him. I think I've spoiled him way too much.. pretty sure that, in college at least, having a meal at the end of your day is a rare treat, not an everyday occurrence. I told him to make a sandwich, but I caved in and made this potato salad. This was super easy to make. Potatoes, mayo, mustard, celery, pickles, onions, hardboiled egg (save time by boiling the potatoes with the egg. Also, if you're lazy like me, you can just boil the potato until the skin is cracking a little. Makes it super easy to cube and prepare, plus you just throw the potatoes in!) The recipe called for basil and red bell pepper, but I was like.. pft.

I LOVE potato salad, to be honest. I think next time I'll throw in a bit of balsamic vinegar&olive oil and see how that turns out.

RECIPE
2 potatos
mayo
mustard
1 stalk of celery
1 pickle
1 table pickle juice
1/2 onion
1 to 2 eggs

1. boil egg and potatoes together until potatoes aredone (but not too soft)
2. chop up potato, egg, celery, onion, and pickle
3. mix together
4. add in pickle juice
5. add in mustard
6. add in mayo
7. let chill or eat warm

After my little scare in the hospital, Yanbo took me grocery shopping.

This is what I wanted to eat: bagels w/butter, red velvet cupcakes, Cheetos, ice cream, cookies, apples, fried chicken, bacon, and YUMMY FOOD.
This is what I got from the list I wanted:
This is what it was replaced by: 9 grain bread, lean sausage, sourdough bagette, spinach, bell peppers, peaches. and other NOT AS YUMMY FOOD.

He decided that I need to be healthy.. so he made a quick lunch. Pictured above: orange juice, milk, olive oil/vinegar dipping sauce for bread and grilled sausage, and red pepper hummus. Which, admittedly, was really yummy. I also snuck in my own treat at the end... a cup of milk&cinnamon toast crunch (and a few spoons of double chocolate gelato).

First time I was ever in the ER. Basically, woke up nauseated. Got ready for work anyway. Vomited. Called the office, no response, decided to drive to work to let them know I wasn't going to make it. Never even made it.. pulled over vomiting like crazy & had to have Yanbo call a friend to come get my car and me. Threw up/slept for the next 8 hours.. woke up vomitting like crazy again around 2am... got driven to the ER by Yanbo (poor kid). He sat next to me for the next four hours as I lay attached to an IV drip. To be honest, I was really scared for myself. I was literally in and out of consciousness, and certain points I was pretty sure I might not have made it (if I didn't go to the ER).
&someone died a curtain next to me. Wow. Riverside hospital is so much... more... interesting than the Irvine one. I remember people talking to me, and a nurse telling Yanbo I looked like I was going to pass out.. but it was okay. I'm alive! Yay! Was discharged at 8am... thank you Yanbo, and the world. 

Yanbo came home today! YAY! I love him <3 He got me some Terra Cotta warriors... look at how... well they guard me. hahaha. I'm so glad for his safe return, back to me!

Andrew, my little. Daphne, the sexy. Yanbo&I! We all went to get pho after I drove them down to Riverside. It was nice for my friends to meet.

Attempted to make Lawry's creamed spinach. I actually really liked it, except that I put in too much flour. Next time I will mince the leaves more, put in more bacon, and put in less corn. I'll also give it more time to cook over the heat so the "cream" is .. creamier.

Today was exhausting.

9:00am: Wake up, shower, do makeup, eat, pack.
10:20am: Head to Riverside.
11:30am: Arrive at Riverside, drive to the library to print resume, drive to interview.
12:10pm: Interview.
12:40: Arrive back at AT, eat pho with Yanbo.
2:30: Head out to see house 1.
3:50: Leave house 1, get gas, see house 2. See house 2, leave.
4:00: Arrive back at AT, cuddle w/Yanbo. Hang up his clothes and get his work outfit ready when he showers. Thinks about mending blanket when I come back.
5:00 Drop Yanbo off at work.
5:20 Arrive home, take out both dogs to pee/poop.
5:30: Fill out Yanbo's rebate and mail it off.
5:40: Discover library is closed, drive back to AT.
6:00: Go out to Fedex print Yanbo's stuff
6:30: Go to Ralphs and buy groceries
7:00 Go home and clean (wash dishes, clean counters, etc). Begin cooking.
8:30 Finish cooking, finish cleaning. Yanbo's dinner is ready<3 Clean out fridge, throw out trash, and have his dinner warm&ready for him when he's home.
8:40 Arrive at BB to say goodbye to Yanbo, inform him of dinner. Drive back to Irvine.
9:30 Relax at home. Yay.

Dinner is always so happy to see me. Like... crazy hyper... bouncing off walls... haha. I love him.

Okay, so there was a much cuter picture of Dinner... but I liked this shot because I also got Yanbo in the background. &I <3 Yanbo just as much as I love Dinner (maybe just a little less, but it's like.. almost the same, right?)

Today was fun. I really feel bad for the bunny, though... she got attacked, twice. Oh dear. Also.. I just downloaded Laidback Luke's EDC set. WOW. Pretty amazing.

I hope that Noc's lineup will be just as awesome so Yanbo will go with me. I just found out that one of my childhood friend rolls.. so I might see him at Noc if I go! &My little said he'll go too... which is really exciting. &Vivie said she might go with Keith! How awesome would that be :D?

Today was another wonderful day, spent with the two beings that I love the most... my baby and my lover. I can not believe how much I cherish any time I can spend with him. <3

I'm a little excited as I embark upon the possible road for a new career, but it will all depend on how I score. Uh-oh... something I actually need to study for. This will be interesting. Must remind myself to read more.

Tell me, who could resist such an adorable face? I love my puppy so much.

I was thinking about my starter home today.
A starter home where I can move to when I'm about 25, with a job, in a safe neighborhood. I was thinking about Long Beach, since it seems to be a nice city that's not too ridiculously expensive. If I am married and if my future husband also has a job and some money saved up, perhaps we could live in a home where the down payments are about 1,500 a month for the house. I do know that comes up to about 20k a year for housing... but I think it's do-able if we live frugally. I really wouldn't mind living in a home in Riverside, as long as it had a gigantic backyard. I want somewhere my baby can run around all day happily, perhaps with his very own friend :].

I only hope the housing market remains relatively cheap in the next three years, especially Riverside. Once UCR gets a medical school, property prices will increase and (hopefully), if I have a starter home in Riverside, it will be profitable.

But I dream. I need a job, NOW... to pay off my bills.. NOW!

This is my cilantro plant.

It was originally bought as part of a project for my little brother, Titus. We were browsing around when I smelled this, and I remembered how Yanbo says he loves cilantro. So I bought it and decided to bring it back to Riverside to raise, so I can use some cilantro whenever I want! How lovely will it be?

Today was the best day I've had all summer.

10 to 2 was nice, except when I got DITCHED for like... 30 minutes. Felt like forever though. Like 1 hour at least! Evil, evil, evil. <3

This is Dinner's super cute face when he cocks his head to the side. It's really, really cute :D.

I watched Marley & Me today... and omg I cried so hard.... it's such a good movie. I love my dog... and Dinner's such a better behaved dog. He's like a skinny mini Marley. Hahaha.

In person, Dinner really does look like a lab puppy. I wuv him. &his daddy.

&today just reminded me again that I made the right decision and I have the best man in the whole world. &he's all mine. Buahaha.

Today was another day spent mostly lounging around. I did pick up & drop off Ashley's little bro to work?

Anyway, this picture is from Barnes&Nobles where I dragged my little brother to today. As you can see, we stayed long enough for me to read through one book & one manga book. My brother ate the triple chocolate chunk cookie, and I had a dark cherry mocha frap, 2 shots extra coffee.

This book got me to thinking... I really do love the Warcraft series. I think one of the best presents in the world would for me to have all the books. There's like.. 12 now? But my favorite is STILL Lord of the Clans, lol. It's probably because I was such a loyal Horde, and it was so awesome having a backstory to Thrall. I mean, he was in all my quests... and I got to read about him! AHHH! &he's so COOOL! *sigh* I'm going to go back tomorrow and read more, haha.

The Wallflower series has been one of my favorite manga for a very long time. The anime.. ehh... I don't know. But I love the manga. I hope Sunako & Kyohei end up together~

Also... I asked Yanbo to send me a new picture everyday, either of him or of our cute little Dinner. Hope he does it. He's been doing pretty well with his promise that he'll call me everyday, at least once.
